Imperial Vienna, and a Tyrol that fills for a different reason entirely.

Austria splits cleanly between a capital that sells music, museums and Christmas markets, and an Alpine west where Tyrol alone accounts for a very large share of the country's overnight stays. Innsbruck is the hinge: a city with a ski area above it.
