Can Joan de S'Aigo
Ensaïmada, thick chocolate and almond ice cream under crystal chandeliers.
The house began in the eighteenth century selling ice and chilled water — s’aigo, hence the name — and it still keeps the old tiles, marble tables and Palma crystal chandeliers.
The order is the classic pairing: an individual ensaïmada with thick hot chocolate, or the almond ice cream that made the place. In heat, the apricot version from Porreres is the historic alternative. Addresses, hours and prices publish here once the shop’s own source is checked.
