The hall occupies the nave of the Mercado da Ribeira and works as a single curated collection of city kitchens: chef stalls beside traditional counters, shared tables in the middle, no bookings and no obligation for a group to agree on anything.
Its real advantage on a short day is the address — directly opposite the Cais do Sodré interchange, which is where the Belém run starts. Trading hours and stall arrangements go up when a source that states them has been checked.
